what kind of tea tree oil is best for clearing up the skin ?

my skin scals everytime it gets really cold, and takes away the color in certain areas of my face. I want my complexion to even out as SOON as possible. does tea tree oil do the trick? Also wat kind should I order?

it’s the best moisturizer..it even heals the eczema i have on my face. It’s also fairly inexpensive!
order the one that is mixed with other essentail oils cos if you get it pure it wont do your skin good.
