There are freeze kits at the drug store. They are quick and easy.
Concerning warts, most drug stores sell these little kits that you can use to freeze them off for about $5. If you don’t like the idea of doing this, then you can buy a special wart-killing solution and a pumice stone, which you can use to slowly kill and rub off your wart over a period of weeks. Or, you can get rid of them the old fashioned way and rip them out. Just be sure to get the roots or they will grow back.
There is no safe way to get rid of moles without a doctor’s help, as they can contain dormant cancerous tissue that could become active if you try to cut them off or freeze them yourself. If you’re really concerned, make an appointment with a dermatologist and he’ll speak to you about getting rid of them.
I read years ago, that warts can’t live without air, so you cover the wart with any non breathable tape, such as waterproof plaster or insulation tape, leave it on for a few days, then check it, if it is still there replace with new tape, it will eventually die and fall off, friends have tried this and it has worked. Moles are a different matter, they need to be checked and surgically removed.
This site also tells you about the suffocation method for warts.
You can also simply suffocate the wart by placing Elasterplast band aid over the area until it naturally comes off. It should take about three weeks for the warts to disappear completely.

you can not get rid of a mole, it has to be removed surgically or skin grafting surgically, if you try and do anything to it they can get cancerious. Warts go to your gp and he will prescribe a treatment that you apply to the wart and after a couple of days you use the emery board provided to file the wart down and then keep doing the same procedure till the wart is gone. Or go to the chemist and ask your pharmacist. Saying that i had a tiny wart on my finger that went away on its own, although ive heard that lemon juice is good for getting rid of warts.
sandpaper
Warts and moles are totally different and unrelated entities and their management is different. Any suspicious mole needs surgical excision biopsy. Warts are due to virus infections of the skin and, depending on site, can be treated with various corrosives or cautery with nitrogen.
