I have recently been diagnosed with HPV (genital warts causing) and have been receiving treatment for the past month. My doctor has been using a TCA acid to treat the warts and my partner has been completely clear. Just last night he noticed the tiniest little outbreak on his penis, but due to his lack of health insurance (and lack of $$) visiting a doctor is completely out of the question. I myself am a believer in natural treatments for things, but after having tried one (apple cider vinegar) to rid the warts, I have become a bit discouraged. This is because I feel it caused a bit of spreading. Are there any other suggestions? Any input or comments are appreciated. This has been extremely hard to cope with, as anyone with this problem would know, and I'm in dire need of some advice.
How much will it cost to have a biopsy done on a mole about the size of a pencil eraser?

Yes I know the risks, you don't have to remind me. The insurance will not pay because we know it isn't cancerus so I would like to do something like freeze it off with liquid nitrogen or something like that. What I would like from you is a website with instructions on how to do it.
I was diagnosed with genital warts a little over two years ago. I used aldara and was totally fine...until this past week. I got a bad head cold and was somewhat inflamed and in pain "down there". my period was coming, and seeing as I work in a bathing suit all day I am subject to yeast infections, so I figured that was it. However, today I noticed a cluster of the warts at the base of my vaginal opening about the size of a pencil tip. They aren't anywhere else and I wasn't sure if I should wait and see if my immune system can handle it on its own, (especially since I haven't been sexually active within the past year and I got the HPV vaccine to prevent contracting another strain) or if I should contact my doctor right away. I ask because since I graduated college I no longer have health insurance so it will really cost me a lot. Has anyone had a flare up disappear on it's own?

I have a mole that is flesh toned.. it has been slightly raised for years. All of a sudden is has raised and is itchy. It almost resembles a wart now. The mole is on my chest and I want to have the least amount of scaring possible. WHo should I have remove it? A general surgeon, dermotologist or plastic surgeon? My insurance will not pay for a plastic surgeon. Thank you.
I'm pretty sure I've contracted HPV, because I've found 2 or 3 small flesh colored bumps down there and I'm pretty nervous about it. I have a GYN appointment on the 30th for my annual, and I'm going to get them to test for HPV along with the pap smear.

Does your immune system fight off HPV on it's own, or does it eventually just lie dormant in your body? I've heard both of those quite frequently and I'm not sure which to believe.
