If I have genital warts and get treated, does my partner also have to get treated?

He does not have any symptoms of having this std, and also once treated, is it still contagious meaning can I spread the std all over again.

Yes, genital warts are highly contagious and will spread even if you are not having an active outbreak. Your partner should be evaluated and treated as well.
There is no cure for genital warts and it is a very high risk of spreading. So go to the doctor and get them removed, that doesn’t stop the chance of having again because they will still be in the blood. but you better get him checked just in case.
of course. if you have sex with your partner with/without condom there’s a big chance she/he got it too. it doesnt matter if you didnt use a condom, warts can be in your pubic area also. so, go to the doctor.
