Of course money is tight, Also Cant get insurance through work. Well cant afford it either at least for alongggggg time. Isnt there STD clinics that can diagnose which HPV strain it is, and prescribe me whatever cream helps it?

Planned parenthood or your local health department may have facilities in your area and either one could test and treat HPV.
You need to get an appointment with your local health department. They will do std testing for free
