How do you remove a mole permenantly with garlic?

when i use garlic, after two or three days the mole gets hard and falls off but the skin underneath is gray, and then after a few days the mole starts getting darker and comes back. So does anybody know how i can remove it permenantly?

Doctors or dermatologists have the correct professional equipment to do this.
A doctor’s referral would save you the cost but it would have to be other than for cosmetic purposes to get that from the doctor.
You can’t.
you have to get it removed from a dermatologist if you want it gone for good. and even then the skin where the mole used to be is going to be lighter. not gray, but a lighter shade of your natural skin tone
if u keep removing it like that you could cause it to become canceres you really have to have the doc remove it
