How do you get rid of warts ?

At the end of my nose i seem to have a wart like formation and people at my school have been calling me ethel the witch, why is this ?
PLEASE HELP ME !!!!

when your walking past someone shout have my wart it worked for me. If someone calls you a witch just say you will cast them a spell if they dont leave you alone. Call them bluff
