For the most part, a mole is something that is benign.  As long as it is a regular mole, it is perfectly fine for you to remove it through natural means and there are several different ways for you to be able to do this.  Three of the ways that we are going to discuss in this article are Apple cider vinegar, garlic and iodine.  Most of these three are going to be used in the same way but there may be reasons why you would want to use one over the other.

Apple cider vinegar is a substance that has been used for natural healing for centuries.  Although most of the time people take it internally in order to help heal their body, it is also possible for you to use an externally in the case of moles.  Simply soak a cotton swab or perhaps a piece of tissue in apple cider vinegar and apply it directly to the area.  Cover the cloth over with a Band-Aid in order to hold it in place and you should see the mole begin to disappear within a couple of weeks.

Garlic is also used for natural healing in many instances and similar to Apple cider vinegar, it is also taken internally.  Garlic can also be used externally for the removal or reduction of moles.  It is best if you use a type of garlic that is organic if it is available in your area.  Dice it up as fine as possible and apply it directly to the mole, covering it with a Band-Aid in order to hold it in place.  This also will reduce the appearance of the mole within a couple of weeks.  If you are particularly sensitive to the odor of garlic, you may want to try another one of these three methods.

Iodine is something that many of us are severely lacking in.  As a matter of fact, some areas of the country are experiencing goiters on a regular basis as a result of this iodine deficiency.  If you are in this area, you may want to try applying the iodine directly to your skin in the area of the mole in order to get rid of it.

Not only will you be rid of the problem that you are trying to remove, you will also be absorbing some of the iodine into your system that you need.
