I have a verruca (a wart on the foot that is pushed inside the skin caused by the same HPV virus )and i was recently looking up things that may work on the internet. I saw everything from the inside of bananna skins to tee tree oil. I would deffinately try the tee tree it it is a kinda natural antiseptic acid and as far as i remember what was usually said is that you need to apply it every day and a few times even per day and keep it up. I would probably put a plaster over it. Most of the websites say that it is good to put a plaster on it as the virus needs air to survive and that a way to get rid of them is to put medical plaster tape tightly over it to prevent air getting at it and this can get rid of it without any other measures.
However i had warts on my hands when I was younger and although there was very little available in terms of home remedy removal proucts for warts what I tried never worked and there were too many to be hittin the docs surgery. i even fell and had a bit cut and when it healed a wart grew back in the exact place again. Like all others I knew with warts in the simlar places they disappeared after a few years.
The best thing you could probably use though as is recommended on all the websites is something that contain sacylic acid (im not sure about the spelling) this is in things like Bazzuca which was I think recommended by some people on these websites. This sacylic acid ingredient which is not in ttree acts on the actual HPV virus that causes the wart . It was said in some comments that people thought Wartner was crap but that may be only one persons opnion.
Ttree is probably the same price or there abouts of these acylic acid products so maybe youd be better getting them as they appear to attack the atual virus and are therefore more of a gaurantee of effectiveness as compared to ttree.
Tea tree is antibacterial and antifungal. It won’t remove warts. Best home remedy is duct tape: deprive the wart of air and it will disappear.
The best way to get rid of them is with a product called "Apple Blossom Naturals All-Natural Wart Remover Solution." My aunt used it on all 4 of her kids and their warts were gone in 4 days. The doctor tried to literally cut off her 8 her old daughters plantars wars, which of course made her scream, but this product worked perfectly, not just on her plantars wart, but the other kinds her 3 sons had too. It didn’t show any change for the first two days because it actually kills the virus in the cells that causes the wart, but then it just fell off, and has never come back.
And it’s way cheaper than going to the doc, and Painless!!!
And it’s natural and pain free! Ask your local natural food store for it, and they will either have it or order it for you
you can find it on amazon too I think.
You won’t like this…
I’ve had flat wart on my index finger for more than twenty years. I’ve tried everything under the sun and nothing has shifted it permanently.
Tea tree oil will not remove it. The fact that tea tree oil is one of the few oils that can be applied to the skin is a clue. Many oils burn when applied neat – but they didn’t burn my wart off. I’ve twice had a doctor freeze it off but it just grew back.
I will say, however, that I’ve had other warts that were successfully removed with over the counter wart removers. So they are worth a try.
It can take 7 to 10 days using tea tree oil.
A fresh cut pineapple applied a several times per day can remove it in 2 to 3 days.
You can purchase a freeze-off product (their pricy) at Walmart Health & Beauty Dept., but it provide instant removal.
Warts are a nuisance!
Try this, very useful for MOLE
BRAND NEW DIY MOLE VANISH WART REMOVER
10 ML Skin Care non-Laser Removal
Usage:
(1) Clean the nevus and the area around it, use a toothpick (do not use a cotton stick to tip or wipe) to mix the liquid and sediment, and then tip a little amount of the mole remover and apply it onto the middle of the nevus. The area would turn to white colour after 1 minute. Use alcohol or water to clean the mole area after 10 minutes (If you tip the amount of mole remover properly, you don’t have to clean). The mole would peel off (May help with finger) in 8 to 20 days. Repeat the process again until the mole peeling off if the colour of the nevus is dark. (it is suggested applying the liquid to nevus on hands or legs first to see the results and learn to control the usage before applying the liquid to other areas of the body, DON’T TRY on FACE for the first time!)
