I accidentally removed the top part of my mole shaving so it's lighter but there still is color. What are the chances of it turning back to its normal color again?

I do have a couple of flat moles that the doctor said is harmless, but I would like to remove them anyway because i do not like the look of it.

The moles are very small, brown and flat, it's four of them on my arm and a couple on my stomach.

Does anyone have any experience with Apple Cider Vinegar on flat moles?
These moles are probably a result of sun, or I might be born with it.
