The doctor treated me on Friday, and she used the freezing thing.. It hurt like hell, honestly don't think i've been in so much pain in my life. & she told me to come back in one or two weeks for more treatment. It's really disgusting and embarrassing, I was just wondering how long it usually takes for the warts to go away after treatment.. because there is no improvement & its been a few days.

I didn't sleep with her, but there was definately genital contact. I noticed only a few small warts on the shaft on my penis, and have since had them treated. Since I already have the virus in my system, I'm not worried about that. I'm worried about getting the warts again. If I already have HPV and come into contact with warts that she may have (i understand it's hard for girls to treat internal warts, so she probably has some), will I have an outbreak, or will I have a sort of immunity to it?

There are these spots on a friends penis that he wants to get rid off without seeing a doctor. We think it's HPV and looking for over the counter medication to treat it with.

I think i have genital warts, They are about 1-3mm big, they're is 2 clusters on my penis at the moment with about 3 per cluster, I'd just like to know what they are and how they could be treated?

I have recently been diagnosed with HPV (genital warts causing) and have been receiving treatment for the past month. My doctor has been using a TCA acid to treat the warts and my partner has been completely clear. Just last night he noticed the tiniest little outbreak on his penis, but due to his lack of health insurance (and lack of $$) visiting a doctor is completely out of the question. I myself am a believer in natural treatments for things, but after having tried one (apple cider vinegar) to rid the warts, I have become a bit discouraged. This is because I feel it caused a bit of spreading. Are there any other suggestions? Any input or comments are appreciated. This has been extremely hard to cope with, as anyone with this problem would know, and I'm in dire need of some advice.

also I've heard your immune system can fight off and get rid of hpv from 6-9months or it can stay for life. Has anyone had hpv and then it went away?

I have genital warts. That's it. No HPV, no other STD. I've been to the doctor that's how I know that. I'm getting the warts treated. I'm just wondering if anyone knows about having a relationship after finding out you've got warts. The guy I like knows I have warts and still likes me back, but what if we start a relationship like we want to? I don't want him to get them but what if we want to marry one day or have children, if things get that far? Can anyone out there help put my mind at least a tiny bit at ease?

i got prescribed aldara ...does it take a long time for them to dissapear in appearance only..and will i have another outbreak after i treat them ??

Some have even peeled off which is painful i knw this is embarassing but can they just go away or do i have to treat them, i hear its expensive and i dnt want my parents to knw also do u need a parents aproval for laser surgery?
